2019 Goals

I just started working on my annual goal list. Yeah, I’m a little late to the party.

 

And in the past it’s usually worked like this: I plan, God laughs.

 

But this from the first15.org really got my attention today:

 

“The opinion of man is fleeting and fickle. But your heavenly Father’s plans and purposes are entirely steadfast. You can live a life so great that all of eternity is changed as a result. You can live your life so devoted to God that heaven meets earth through your life and changes the eternal trajectory of souls.”

 

What this tells me is that if I plan with God, my goals might not only have a greater meaning, but I might have some divine help in accomplishing them. 

 

So I’m gonna pray and plan, not plan and pray.
